Your WordPress site, live.
WPSignal pushes what happens on your site to everyone looking at it, the moment it happens: orders, carts, stock. Install a plugin, click connect, and it is on. Nothing to host, nothing to configure.

ShopSocket
your store, as it happens
Think Shopify's Live View, for WooCommerce. A live orders board for your team and live stock on product pages, pushed over the WordSocket connection your site already holds. Orders land the moment they are placed, carts read live or abandoned by whether the shopper is still connected, and a product that sells out says so on every screen. No page reloads, nothing to configure.

Anything on your site can be live
Every WordPress action hook can publish an event, and every page can listen. A few lines of PHP, a few of JavaScript, and the relay does the rest. ShopSocket is built on nothing more than that.
Getting Started
< Simple />
Installation
wp plugin install wordsocket --activate
composer require wpackagist-plugin/wordsocket
Optional. A live orders board and live stock for WooCommerce, on the connection WordSocket already holds. It needs WooCommerce and WordSocket active first, and WordPress checks for them but does not install them, so the command below installs all three in the order activation needs.
wp plugin install woocommerce wordsocket shopsocket --activate
composer require wpackagist-plugin/woocommerce wpackagist-plugin/wordsocket wpackagist-plugin/shopsocket

On the roadmap
WPSignal is actively developed. Here's what's planned next.
-
WordPress RTC Integration
CompleteA WebSocket sync provider for Gutenberg's real-time collaboration, powered by Yjs.
-
WP Plugin Repository Submission
CompleteWordSocket is live on the WordPress.org plugin directory. Install it directly from WP Admin or via WP-CLI.
-
ShopSocket WordPress Plugin Submission
CompleteShopSocket is live on the WordPress.org plugin directory: a realtime board for your team and live stock on product pages, built on WordSocket for WooCommerce.
-
WordPress RTC v2
In progressWordPress core is moving real-time collaboration to a server-aware model. WordSocket keeps pace with the new provider contract, and we are contributing upstream to the presence layer it builds on, so a hosted relay can tell WordPress exactly who is present without polling.
-
E2E Encryption
PlannedEvent payloads are already encrypted before they leave WordPress, on HTTPS and plain HTTP sites alike, so the relay forwards ciphertext it cannot read. Per-user end-to-end encryption is planned.
-
Federation
PlannedInterconnected sites where messages are received by all or specific sites.
-
Shared Worker (Connection Multiplexing)
PlannedAllow multiple single user connections to be multiplexed through a single shared worker.
